Navy polka dot H&M dress

High neck dark navy mini dress by H&M. It’s a euro 36/US size 6. The neck (pic 2) and sleeves have elastic and the back detail (pic 3) includes a zip that stops at the shoulder blades with a button enclosure at the neck, giving some room in the shoulders. Skirt is body skimming but not tight. Lined. 13 inches across the waist but a bit of give 35 inches from shoulder seam to hem. Never worn but the tag is gone.
