Navy polka dot skater dress

Really cute navy and white polka dot skater style dress with off the shoulder sleeves. Laying flat from underarm to underarm it measures 18" and along the waist seam is 16". The length from the top hem to the bottom is 29". The dress does have a little bit of stretch but holds it's shape. practically brand new.
