Dress is by Chi Chi london. Bought at modcloth for a wedding and wore once. Really good condition, a few threads that can be snipped off. There were straps but I lost them and wore strapless but there are loops inside if you want to add your own. Dress is navy with sequins on the bodice and a tulle criss cross effect in the front.
