Navy sheer dress with white polka dots 16W by Roz & Ali

Worn only a handful of times, this flowy dress has four tiers of layers with ruffly. Deep navy blue - almost black. Approx 37" long from top of shoulders down to bottom of dress. I am 5'6" and the dress hung around my knees. Outer layer (navy with polka dots) is sheer. While directions say hand wash, I washed on delicate in a mesh bag.
