Joie is a brand I shop because they have pretty, fun, and quality blouses . . . and I love wearing silk. This blouse is a dark Navy crepe de chine, it has a small ruffle that runs down the hidden, seven-button placket. I bought this medium-sized blouse that I’ve worn tucked in with a pair of jeans and untucked with a pair of pencil ankle slacks.
