Navy silk party/special occasion dress

Navy silk rouched dress with vertical ruffle down the left side. Adjustable straps, hidden side zipper. If you live in NYC, attach fringe to the bottom and this would be a perfect flapper dress for the Jazz Age Lawn Party in June. (Apologies for the wrinkles, I just wanted to get it posted.
