Navy skirt with pockets

This is a lovely navy blue skirt with pockets. It has a black waist band and zippers in the back. It is very comfortable and can be dressed up or down. There is a bit of shimmer to the fabric. There are not silver threads in the fabric as it appears in the picture, rather the reflection of light.
