Navy strapless, prom, bridesmaid, minimalist, elegant dress

Blue strapless dress with great boning and high-quality crepe material, comes with removable brand new straps. I only wore this once for a fancy party. I washed it in cold water separately and line dried. It is in perfect condition and I still have the tags from Bloomingdale's. The name is "Exotic Dress" in the color navy - but I'm not sure how exotic it truly is, just very classy and I got tons of compliments wearing it!
