Navy (suede feeling) material blue dress 💙

This dress is brand new with tag! The photos of me when I first purchased the dress. I never wore it since that day. Recently I tried to wear it but it did not fit! It's much too small for me now. The dress is made of a beautiful suede like material and has some stretch to it. Neck width: 7 inch, 14 in all the way around.
