Navy sweater with rose stitch feature (90s!)

This adorable sweater was my mom’s in the 90s. It’s locked and loaded with a sweet little rose print stitched onto the front. Soft and ready for someone to rock it! I picture it going well with a sweet high-waisted white denim skirt and knee boots or chunky platform sandals 😉
