allrparks @miatiatao The waist is 36” and comes right to your navel. The inseam is 28.5”. The waist has some stretch to it.

allrparks @miatiatao They are 36”, they are on the loose side of a 12 but are sized 12. They are more midrise not high rise. I would say they are between a 12 and 14. They were always loose on me.
