Navy & white striped, fitted Jack by BB Dakota dress size small

Had this dress for awhile but it’s not really my style, hoping it can find a new home! I know it looks black in the pictures but I promise it is NAVY and white. Fitted, flattering and comfortable this dress would be perfect for any summer event! There is an optional sash for tying at the waist. One of the loops is detached (see pic) otherwise in great condition! Has been safely stored in a smoke-free home. Comment with any questions. Oh and for reference I am 5’7” and 135 lbs.
