Navy with decorative buckle Vegan fabric Size 10

Navy shoes with decorative side buckle. Size 10 Platform 1/2” in front gradual increase to 1” heel. Has slight scuff in back and right heels has two scratches (see picture). These were bought at UrbanOutfitters but I cannot find the brand
