Navy with white lace trim blouse

Bazaar navy flowy blouse with lace stripes. Elastic neckline could be worn on the shoulder or off. 3/4 sleeve has elastic cuff. Comes with a matching sash to be worn as scarf or can be tied around waist. There is no size tag but it would fit medium/large best. In excellent condition.
