Navy work dress

I feel like French Connection is an underrated brand... This dress is a good example of what makes this brand so good: the details. The sleeve detail is striking, the hip peplum thing adds interest, and between the two details the basic navy dress is elevated into something special. The fabric is a blend of cotton and rayon, the lining is polyester. No visible signs of wear, but it could use some time with an iron.
