Navy/Black Suede Leather Mules Shoes

We don't know who made these shoes, but they are very cute! The pictures don't do them justice. They are navy leather and black suede mules with about a 2.25 inch heel in very good condition. The stamp on the inside has no logo but says they are "Size 8" (women's) "Genuine Suede Upper" "Balance Man-Made Materials" "FSC# F302337-1" "Wipe with a dry cloth" "Made in China" "2225" and all of these are repeated in French. (So maybe they came from Canada?)
