Navy/White Lulus dress (Size Small)

A super super cute dark blue dress with white patterns on it. It has been worn less than 5 times, mostly to the shore as a cute beach fit with sandals. It is in prime condition with no flaws to be seen on it! The fabric is seriously so nice with a study feel to it but made up of sheer texture so it feels breathable and flowy. It is a Size Small from the store Lulu’s which is such a cute store!
