Very cute! Navy blue, thin shirt with ruffle-cuffed sleeves. Size 1 originally but has shrunk so probably a size 00 or Medium/Medium Small. Cute strings in the front with a little silver ball. Casual, but can be dressed up. Rarely worn before it couldn’t fit. Wish I could fit into this bc this was my fav! It is super wrinkly and will be stored in a suitcase for the time being. I don’t mind ironing it if you would like me to free of charge.
