Navy/light blue sheer/crochet dress

Beautiful navy crochet bottom with light blue sheer top. The top is draping while the bottom is fitted. The back is loose and crisscross's. I wore it for a wedding once and loved it, but it is not really my color. I had to safety pin the back (church wedding) so there is a small safety pin hole in the back. I paid $65 for this. My loss is your gain.
