Near Pristine Vintage 70s Gunne Sax Style Prairie Dress

This dress is NOT Gunne Sax, but it is true vintage 70s in a similar style. There is a bit of staining on the lace on one side that is pictured, otherwise I cannot believe how good of condition this dress is in for its age. It looks like it may have never been worn. Waist measurement is 12.5 inches measured flat across, and the length is 51 inches measured from the top of the front to the bottom (so this does not include the straps). Found the exact same dress sold recently on another vintage site for over $300. A true gem ❤️ color is like a butter yellow or a light cream. I tagged a size 2 as that is the size for a 25 inch waist but please be aware there is no stretch.
