There are no tags, but there are no flaws either that I could see. It looks in all ways nearly new. Elbow-length sleeves measure about 11.5 inches. Shoulder to hem about 23 inches. Bust measures about 14.5 inches and there's lots of room here for stretch. Larger busts could fit easily. While it's marked small, it could possibly fit a smaller medium person.
