I have the worst neck problems .. have tried everything, meds to contraptions… out of all the things I’ve tried, this is one that helps a bit. It allows the neck to completely relax by supporting it in the correct areas so that knots etc can start to relax. A d when I say knots I have dozens tht feel like marbles to baseballs all the time, so if this helps me, it will you
