kimmihef There's no tag, so I can't say for sure. I don't think it is 100% wool, as it is also soft. Maybe a blend with cashmere? It is dense like wool. I hope that makes sense! I bought it to wear as a scarf until I go out for recess with my class, and then be able to pull it up to cover my ears. Unfortunately, it was a little too bulky for what I wanted. Wore it maybe twice, for short periods.
