Necklace Signed Monet Cutout Of White With Touches Of Gold Vintage 1970s

White enamel look of cut out design, makes me think of Victorian jewelry. I believe it is from 1970s. Measures 12 inches in length and the pendant measures 1 1/2 inches across. A small amount of wear due to age. Please check out the pictures.🐝🐝🐝
