Necklace beads with 2 resin circle pendant in camel/taupe brown

Beautiful and chic used necklace bought in Italy, made out of beads ( I think they are mother of pearl beads) and white beads and 2 circle made out of resin I think. They look shinny and look like stone but I think is resin. Big circle is 3” diameter and small is 1.1” Please see pics to determine condition.
