tractorqueen1 @nicolesanchez76 Bless your heart. Unfortunately unless they take a claim out against you with posh, and refuse to pay for it there is actually nothing you can do. I believe it is wrong of them and totally not fair, but addressing it with them through messaging usually just makes it worse and they are likely to come back with an attitude as a reply and you can not even delete the messages off of your listing.

tractorqueen1 @nicolesanchez76 I know that it is sad to say but true You can not please everyone! For example I have sold over 50 items and have had a 5 star rating from all of them. One day a lady wanted to purchase an item and I gave her $7 off the asking price and told her that I was out of town for a graduation so it would be Monday night before I got back and I could ship Tuesday. She agreed to that.

tractorqueen1 @nicolesanchez76 Then when she rated me she only gave me 2 or three stars and commented that this seller really needs to work on her shipping! I was so upset but I let it go. It brought my stats down to 4.9. If it were me I would try to be the bigger person and leave a comment on YOUR listing she bought saying " I described this item as accurately as I could and listed all Measurements as well, I'm sorry if you are not happy with it or it did not fit dear."

tractorqueen1 @nicolesanchez76 Then simply leave it at that!! This way everyone can see what took place and it will not reflect poorly on you. If the buyer messages anything back DO NOT RESPOND.. if they keep on and on tell them that you try your best to help your customers but refuse to argue with them and leave it at that. Some people are very rude and I am sorry you had to encounter this. It is not fair. I video tape all items and the packaging process. I would encourage you to do the same..

You can definitely leave it in your Posh holdings without redeeming it because I must admit I have bought lots of items this way sometimes have to talk to myself to have it sent to the bank so that I won't buy anything else LOL!😋🤣🤗😘

tractorqueen1 @heytam7 Okay.. As far as followers, if you see several items in their closet that you would like feel free to follow them but you don't have to. It is a really good idea to share an item or two from a closet if you think it is cute though because Posh love comes back to you. They will more than likely follow you and share one of your items in return.

tractorqueen1 @heytam7 When a posher shares your item their followers can see it and this can increase the likely hood of it selling! So shared pay off. Also remember to share your items from time to time so that your followers can see them and it will move them up in the search bar. As for purchasing an item, try to put it in a bundle and wait a few hours because a lot of times they will send you a discounted offer and you can except or deny it.

tractorqueen1 @heytam7 When first starting out it takes patience but it will pick up. I noticed that your shares are pretty low, try to share just one or two items from various closets daily and normally they will share yours in return. When they share your items it allows their followers to see them. Don't be shy to follow others that way they will follow you in return which equals more potential sales

tractorqueen1 @heytam7 I have found that sharing between 6am-7am & 9pm-11pm seems to get more share backs. If you see a closet that has very few shares it means they probably won't share back. If you see a closet that has a lot of followers you can click on (following) in their closet and it will bring up the last 1,000 or something so feel free to follow their followers and this is an easy way for you to gain followers back

tractorqueen1 @heytam7 Make sure that you share only 4 of your items at a time, then back out of your closet go back to your closet and share 4 more because it only shows 4 pics at a time on the news feed. Share your entire closet at least 2 times a day and share to the posh parties as much as you can because it is good exposure!!

tractorqueen1 @heytam7 If someone likes an item in your closet share it to their closet by clicking on their pic the 3 red dots at the top and select switch to sell view, then share to bundle, this will allow you to offer just that person a discount and you can thank them for visiting your closet as well 😊 If I can answer any more questions feel free to ask. tractorqueen1 @gigi00739 Yes. Blush brushes, sponge base applicators.. Can't think of many more so please feel free to ask me before you post. I know that you will see closets selling everything but they are not supposed to. No cream moisturizer, scrubs for facials, mask peels etc

beezline Congratulations on becoming an Ambassador!! And thank you for sharing, much appreciated! I too have been 5-star rated. I try to please my Buyers & provide all info on my listings. I sold a Lululemon top that I purchased at a sample sale many years ago & sold it for just $5 since it no longer fits me and to clear from my closet. Buyer received it, gave me just 1 star and said it was "fake", which affects my overall rating. What does it take to achieve Ambassador status?

tractorqueen1 @beezline First of all thanks for visiting my closet! Your status will update after you complete a certain number of sales. Honestly I don't know exactly how many. The low rating you got sucks. I had one person do that to me once as well. Just shake it off, it will not go against you. Sharing items from others is a good way to build your followers.
