Wraps at the front, and ties at the inner waist and also has adjustable exterior ties, so it can be worn cinched or more relaxed. Pretty gathered detail at the shoulder. Flowy skirt with a high-low ruffled hem. The ruffle detail is fantastic, super hard to photograph! The fabric is a stretch crepe. The dress is fully lined.
