Hi All! I need some advice. I’ve not been on Poshmark for too long. I started posting 3-4 weeks ago and haven’t had my first sale yet. I’m looking for feedback, advice, thoughts, inspiration to help get my closet moving!!! I appreciate any advice that you can share from your experience on Poshmark.

dimichl Hello I’m happy to help you are you sharing your closet To the main feed? The way to share your closet is go to the bottom of your listing where you see the double arrows that make a square, you hit that button and then “share to my followers”.

dimichl If you go to the area where you find people to follow , follow people that carry the brands that you sell. Also make sure that the keywords for your items are in your descriptions so it’s searchable. If you have anymore questions I’m happy to help. - Denise @dimichl

curiovinti @dimichl Thanks so much for responding to my request! I have been sharing my postings to my followers at least once a day. Do you recommend more than once?

dimichl @curiovinti three times a day if you can. the peak sharing times are when the parties are. on pacific time the parties 9am. 12noon. 4pm. and 7pm. each party is 2 hours. statistically that's when most shoppers are on.

dimichl @curiovinti You should also increase your number of followers ...every day try to follow more people and they will follow you back. you are welcome to go to my page click on my followers and click all the blue buttons.... these people will follow you back that way you get more exposure

dimichl @curiovinti right now since you have 6 items listed, I recommend the coffee-mascara- hustle group @poshgirlsclub that group shares top 5 items. its usually a good sized group too!!

congosc Hello! As others have said, Sharing & Following are good. So are listings - keep looking for things to add to your closet (you have nice cover shots, btw!) Sales for me have always been sporadic & seem to happen in clumps around paydays. Provide great service when you make sales, and they will keep coming 😉

roseh2626 Hello, first don't get discouraged. I joined beginning of May, 2020 & hadn't made my first sale until July 28th. it's just very important to put your items in as many parties as possible so they're out there for everyone to see. I also feel that sharing my closet three to four times a day also helped my closet if you noticed. I'm here to help with any questions you might have you can just message me my closet is Rose 2626.

curiovinti Thanks @roseh2626 and @congosc for the kind words! I think at this point I need to share my closet multiple times in a day. That is the only thing I’m not doing more frequently. When you see my closet, is there anything you’d recommend I improve upon?

allthedogs Good morning! Sharing is key. Share other posher’s listings, too! When they share back your items get notice even when you are off at work or busy. If you find an experienced Posher with lots of listings and sales, they often are great at sharing. Go back and share 5 of their items every day. They will share back.
