coralinecoolcat I have this one in a 12 Petite. I bought it for $100 from a reseller and it was too small. I never wore it and couldn't return it. The original size tag was cut off and that's how I received it. It's brand new, though. Can send you measurements. I think it runs small on the chest.

coralinecoolcat Underarm to underarm = 18, but an inch below, it's 17.5 inches across. Shoulder to the top of the waist bar = 13 inches of length, waist bar = 16 inches across. Top of waist bar to hem = 25.5 inches of length. Total length = 39 inches. Original size tag was cut off and a replacement was sewn. Except for the size tag, it's all original.
