What are the bust and waist measurements? My bust is 39in and waist is 33in. In your opinion would this dress fit me?

@hrstallm I’m a 36DDD and 31 waist and I am a size 12. The dress draped rather than clinged to my body and the fabric is light despite the beading and definitely has some give. I’ll send exact measurements tomorrow
