Needle & Thread Folk Bib A Line Sequin Dress

Incredibly detailed Needle & Thread dress with floral sequin design! Worn once and dry cleaned. Absolutely loved it but sadly now too small. Technically size 4 but fits like a 0. Hope it goes to a good home!
