Hi. I haven't tried Needle & Thread before and seem to be in between sizes so have a few questions. Where does this sit on the waist? Is it high rise or mid rise? And is there elastic in the waistband? Thanks.

@stewball3 hello, this sits on the natural waist- so high waisted jeans height. It is not elastic and is true to size.

@stewball3 I just measured and the waist is exactly 12.5” lying flat. So measure your natural waist and the rest of the skirt is loose material
