The fit is flattering thanks to princess seams front and back. The fabric is a shimmering steel blue that is neutral enough to go with anything from rag tag jeans to a brown or burgundy velvet skirt. Size says M--medium, I'd say an 8 at the most. Check all the measurements carefully. So unique! No lining, very lightweight.
