Neil & David - Designer 2 piece black & white ( elastic waist ) skirt set, Size small ( would be perfect condition, except for very tiny sewn spot at very bottom of skirt. Very unnoticeable (see pic) Top is button down with sheer color, hemline and cuffs, white trim, button design bottom of top and bottom of skirt, ( top measurement - arm pit to arm pit - 40", top length - 27") ( skirt elastic waist measures 28" stretched to 38", skirt length- 39" )
