This is a new with tags unworn, sleeveless black and cream ruffled V neck top. It has an easy comfortable gathered elastic waist and button closure at the top near the neck. It is soft and chiffony. Size XS extra small. It is very flattering. Sheer panels overlaying other sheer panels. The ruffles cascade down the front. The back is very cute with the ruffles wrapping around the neckline. Would be lovely with an updo to show off the details of the ruffled neckline.
