This is a Neiman Marcus brand high/low evening/cocktail dress. It is flowy and so much fun. You’ll receive compliments all night. The bodice is fitted and the skirt is flowy. It zips all the way up the back for a high back. Perfect for a conservative occasion. The front hits mid calf (I’m 5’3ish) and the back is to the floor.
