Neiman Marcus by venue group RN112280. My mother received this as a gift from my aunt who always buys nice clothes from Neiman Marcus or Saks fifth Avenue. 100% viscose… Beautiful lacy black over shirt/shawl approximately 16.” Shoulders, 17.5” chest 19” sleeves 21”long..NWT excellent condition never worn. I’m not sure what you call this but it’s beautiful and if anyone knows let me know please. Thanks
