Nelli Short Coat or Jacket with Bracelet Sleeves

Coat or jacket by Nelli. The fabric reminds me of crushed velvet or velour and is of a beautiful light grey, almost cream color. Has metal buttons in front and two pockets. You could even accessorize it with a broad black patent leather belt. ¾-length puffy sleeves. Fully lined and made of 100% polyester. Size M, measures about 18 inches across from armpit to armpit and 33 inches in length; sleeves are about 18 inches long.
