Nelly de Grab Maxi Skirt Vintage 70s 80s Dark Academia Size 10 *RUNS SMALL*

Dress is a vintage size 10 which runs smaller than modern day size 10. Skirt measures 13" straight across waist, 21" across hips and 39" in length. Measured while flat. Side zipper, a pocket on one side. There may have originally been a belt with this skirt as there is one belt loop made of thread on one side, the other loop has been cut. Missing one "eye" from the 2 hook and eye closures. There is some minor fraying of the fabric on the flap at the waist - see photos.
