Nena and Co. Vintage Floral Manny

This Vintage Rose Manny is a catch and release for me. The previous owner did not use it and it sadly is just way too big for my xs frame. I’ve been pining over it since June but short of taking it to a cobler, I don’t think it’ll work for me.
