@krihunt hello! No problem, I get it. I bought it because I have a terrible habit of stocking up on skincare and then getting bored and decide to try something new. I bought my first Bioserum Firm from skinloveley and bought this backup from skinbeautiful rx. I didn’t think to try to return, not sure if she allows them. Definitely should’ve gone that route if I could’ve. I know Biologique Recherche has a check on their website to authenticate products, not sure if Neocutis does.
