what is the measurements for this?

@cbente hi there! I added some more photos. lying flat, the waist measures approximately 14 inches, but it's an elastic waist and there's a decent amount of stretch. one handed with a measuring tape I was able to stretch it to 21 inches. then length wise it's 18 inches. let me know if you have any more questions!
