Neon Green Sheer Hand-Cropped Button Up

My mom's old shirt that she doesn't want and i can't fit. Hand cropped by me. Tag says medium but runs small, should fit a small perfectly. Perfect for festivals, raves and parties. Also good for everyday styles. slightly see through and should be worn with caution though. Small yellow stain near the bottom button but it's virtually unnoticeable.
