Neon Magenta Maxi Dress, Customized w/ Blue Accent

This simple Forever 21 maxi dress was customized with blue fabric accents at the chest to take it to the next level visually and functionally (now, you can wear a bra with it!). The fabric from the knees down is more see through because the slip ends just above the knees. Beautiful keyhole back, and the color is stunning. I just wish it still fit me!! My loss, your win!!
