Neon PVC Collar, Medium, 11"-14"

This collar comes in a bright, neon color and is made of PVC, making it durable and waterproof. The inside of the collar has a soft padding stitched to the PVC for comfortable wearing. At the buckle is stitched a gray rubber piece etched with a geometric pattern to add strength. Great for the outdoor dog. Available in blue. It is size medium, measuring 11"-14" around the neck.
