Neon Pink Prada flats 36 - damage black mark are all over both shoes

Prada patent leather flats- hot pink / neon pink size 6. Were fine when I last wore them not sure how the marks happened while in the closet - probably another pair of shoes sole. Maybe these can be fixed by a cobbler the leather and construction are very high quality.
