Neon Striped Off-the-Shoulder Dress

This Charles Henry off-the-shoulder striped dress is such a fun style with colors that really pop. The high/low hem creates a cascading effect in the back and is dramatic (in a good way) when walking. Fully lined with a ruffled edge up top and along the bottom. I bought it for a wedding and never ended up wearing it because as much as I want to wear bright colors, I can never bring myself to. My loss is your gain of though because it’s never been worn! *You can wear it on the shoulders as well!
