Neon Textured Pencil Skirt

This color!!! I love pairing it with chambray or a denim jacket or a gray cropped shirt! This skirt is elasticized in the waistband and the fabric. It hugs you in all the right spots and falls mid calf length. There are a few pulls in the back I reflected in photos.
