Neon floral print mid length dress

Dress from HandM. Has a little cut out in the back with a tie. Very soft, flowy, and comfortable. Bought it at an HandM in Italy while studying abroad and the shoulders got a bit tight for my liking when i washed it. Only worn a hand full of times, excellent condition, like new almost.
