Neon green and gray bandeau or swimsuit!

Bough it for myself a while ago and it doesn't fit. Would probably fit a C/D cup and I'm a small B :(. Really cute!! And very high quality material, has weight to it. Perfect condition, did not come with tags because it was handmade, but it is brand new and I have only worn it once to try it on. It fell off cause it was way too big for me. Would be great as a swimsuit, under a shirt, or even for yoga!
